Valuing equality and diversity
Literacy and numeracy tests will be completed to assess the level of support needed for each
person. Minimum literacy level required – Entry Level 3. Customers must not currently be accessing
any SFA funding, must be over 19, resident in the UK for the last 3 years and in receipt of JSA, ESA or UC.
Travel costs: Working Links will refund travel costs for customers whilst on programme.
